But when you charge top dollar for the best service, it is their fault. Their grid service is about 5-7x more expensive then other entry level hosting plans. It's never pleasant when routine maintenance takes a bad turn and stretches on endlessly. Just remember, this time it wasn't their fault: it was actually one of their storage vendors. They couldn't have foreseen these problems coming. Sure it doesn't make any difference: downtime is downtime, regardless, but try to give them a little leeway in this case. At least they were communicative about the problem and didn't just ignore their customers while they were busy working on a solution. They were supposed to be done at 3 a.m. so I woke up at 3:15 nothing, 5...nothing, 6, 7, 8 still nothing. It's now 8:45 on the West Coast and clients are already calling me asking whats going on with their sites and emails on a Saturday. I wasted over a hundred dollars in PPC clicks going to a site that isn't there. This massive outage is unacceptable I am definetly moving my servers elsewhere...
